Vendor Licensing

All vendors who do business with Oneida Nation are required to maintain a valid vendor license. Vendors are required to meet the requirements of the Oneida Nation Licensing Law and maintain, in good standing, an Oneida Nation Vendor License. The vendor license is a permit that provides vendors the approval to do business with the Nation. *
*A vendor license is not required to submit a bid for potential business with Oneida Nation. 

If contracted or awarded business with Oneida Nation, submit vendor license requirements listed below: 

  1. Vendor Application

  2. W-9 Form
  3. ACH Direct Deposit Authorization Form 
  4. Certificate of Insurance (COI)
    – Please see minimum insurance requirements at …
    – Certificate holder section must have Oneida Nation listed as an additional insured.
    – Certificate of insurance issue date must be within 30 days of submittal or renewal of license and be maintained through license period.
    – Certificate of insurance policy expiration date must be greater than 30 days of application.

  5. Annual $75.00 Vendor License Fee:
    – Visa, Master Card, Discover Credit Cards are accepted via phone or at Skenandoah Complex, located at 909 Packerland Drive, Green Bay WI 54303
    – Checks payable to Oneida Licensing
  6. Digital Security Cyber Risk Assessment
    – Applicable if company is providing software development or technology, please work with respective Oneida Nation business unit contact to have Cyber Security Risk Assessment (CSRA) completed prior to submitting vendor license application.

Submit completed forms and supporting documentation electronically to oneidalicensing@oneidanation.org Applications will not be accepted if incomplete and will be returned. 

Allow a minimum of ten (10) business days to process your application. Vendors will be notified via email of vendor licenses status.
