Welcome to Anna John Resident Centered Care Community (AJRCCC), previously known as the Anna John Nursing Home. Our services are built on a foundation of compassion and care, ensuring that every resident receives the support they need in a comfortable, safe and supportive environment. The AJRCCC provides a 24 hour skilled nursing care for long term and rehabilitating patients.
Assessments of potential patients are arranged through the Social Worker or the Director of Nursing to determine appropriateness of placement.
A personal assessment or tour of the facility can be arranged by calling the AJRCCC.
Services include:
- Care for Native and Non-Native individuals in need of skilled care.
- Assistance with Durable Power of Attorney document. Appointment required.
- Assistance with long term placement care according to appropriate needs.
The AJRCCC accepts private pay monies, Medicare, medical assistance and private insurance.
Therapy Services
Provides care to those patients whose ability to function is impaired by physical disease or injury.
Primary focus is on patients with neuro-muscular, musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and integumentary disorders. We evaluate levels of function related to these disorders leading to treatment procedures to improve or restore and maintain acceptable functional levels.
Physical Therapy is located within the AJRCCC facility.
