Finance Committee
Purpose
The Finance Committee (FC) is a standing committee of the Oneida Business Committee (OBC) that reviews financial requests. Some requests come from departments in the Tribal organization when unforeseen expenses were not included in the approved budget or the OBC decided that all requests of a certain nature are first subject to the FC’s review.
Members
The terms of the Finance Committee members are concurrent with the Business Committee’s term.

Meetings
Finance Committee meetings occur the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month at 8:30 A.M. in the BC Conference Room at the NHC. Requests are due by 4:30 P.M., one week prior to the meeting and should be scanned in one PDF document to: FAO@oneidanation.org.
All regularly scheduled Finance Committee meetings are subject to change.

Charter
The current Finance Committe Charter was approved by the Finance Committee (FC) on March 12, 2026, and by Oneida Business Committee on July 8, 2026. The Charter replaces the former FC By-Laws.
