Community Input Report

The Oneida Business Committee (OBC) directed the General Manager and the Strategic Planner at the June 15, 2021 OBC work session to seek out community input regarding the American Rescue Plan Act-Fiscal Recovery Funds (ARPA-FRF) received by the Oneida Nation. The OBC developed broad funding goals and allocated a percentage of the funds to each of the following: Direct membership assistance program, Affordable Housing, Food and Agriculture, Culture and Language, Education, Land, Infrastructure and Sovereignty, Enhanced GTC resources and Revenue Generation. The OBC was seeking input regarding the community’s agreement with the percentages allocated into the broad goal categories and to seek project ideas the community felt would benefit the Oneida Nation.
