 A comprehensive early childhood program that includes education, health, parent involvement and family services. Head Start considers each child an unique individual with individual strengths and needs, and provides an individualized program for the child and the child’s family. In the Oneida Head Start, the language and culture of the tribe is also taught and valued by the program.
