Eligibility

Eligibility Requirements

• Students attending one of the following schools:
• • Green Bay King Elementary, MacArthur Elementary, Lombardi Middle, or Southwest High School
  • Pulaski Hillcrest Elementary
  • Seymour Rock Ledge, Middle or High School
  • West De Pere Middle or High School
• Student enrolled in a federally recognized tribe, with proof of enrollment or,
• Student is a descendant of a parent(s) or grandparent(s) enrolled in a federally recognized tribe, with proof of enrollment for the parent(s) or grandparent(s)
• Completed, and signed Y.E.S. Parental Release
• Completed, and signed Y.E.S. Program Indian Student Eligibility Certification Form.
