Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program (WHEAP)
Energy Assistance program is to assist low-income households that reside within the Oneida Nation reservation boundaries. This program provides assistance with cost of heating, electric and or emergency repair/replacement of furnace and weatherization. In Fiscal year 2024, the program will operate from October 1st to May 15, 2025. Contact the agency directly at (920) 490-3939 to schedule a phone appointment or you may complete an application and submit to agency with all required verification.
WHEAP funding is received through the State of Wisconsin Home Energy Plus Program.

- Assists with home heating furnace repair or replacement
- Weatherization to reduce heating costs
