Oneida Comprehensive Health Division Adds More Staff

Please help welcome the newest members of the Oneida Comprehensive Health Division (OCHD) team: Ana Nikolova, Seth Moore, Lauren Cornette, Maria Boeck and Paige Dworak.

Ana Nikolova, DDS, MS, joined the Dental Clinic team in January. She is board-certified in both general dentistry and periodontics. She moved to Green Bay following her graduation from the University of Illinois at Chicago where she earned a Bachelor of Science, Master of Science and a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree.

Seth Moore, APNP, joined the Medical Clinic team in October of 2023 as a family nurse practitioner. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bellin College, a Master of Science in Nursing from Duke University and a post-graduate certificate as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse.

Lauren Cornette, APNP, has joined the Medical team in the Diabetes Clinic. Having previously worked with Dr. Jay Kennard, the recent Interim Medical Director for Oneida Comprehensive Health, from 2011 until 2017, Lauren also spent time in the OCHD Community Health Department prior to her current role. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bellin College and Master of Science in Nursing from Spring Arbor University.

Maria Boeck, RDN, CD, CDES, has joined the Community Health team to assist the community with nutrition and diabetes education. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay.

Paige Dworak, MPH, has joined the Public Health team as an epidemiologist. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Public Health from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and a Master of Science in Public Health from the University of Minnesota.

“We’re so pleased to welcome these new team members,” explained Oneida Comprehensive Health Division Director of Operations Debra Danforth. “They bring a broad range of experience and knowledge to our health care team, and they are excited to work with the Oneida community providing the highest level of care.”
