Tower Information

Tower Need:
Oneida is currently underway to build three different towers within the Oneida Reservation.
The three towers will serve multiple different purposes:

1. To provide Fixed Wireless Access to Internet to community members in the area around towers
2. Expand the current range of the Oneida Police Department radios throughout the Oneida Nation Reservation
3. Allow for smart nations utilization throughout the Oneida Nation reservation

Towers:

Public Safety Tower
Location:  Behind new E&EE One stop on County Road E
Services:  Fixed Wireless Access Internet and Public Safety Radio Extension
Construction Start:  December 2024

Location:  1/2 mile north of the Oneida Buffalo fields on Cooper Road
Services:  Fixed Wireless Access Internet
Construction Start: November 2024
