**Deadline to submit 2024 GWA & Food Assistance Applications is: September 6, 2024, 4:30 pm (CST). Payment will be issued September 30, 2024.
**2024 GWA Applications received September 7, 2024 -March 3, 2025, will be issued on March 28, 2025.
08/19/2024: The Enrollment Office will be closed the following business day, 8 am- 12 pm, after a GTC meeting.
07/01/2024: MINOR TRUST DEADLINE: FY24 Minor Trust Payment/Deferral form, and any changes, must be received in the Trust Enrollment office by: July 1, 2024, 4:30 pm (CST). No exceptions.
06/20/2024: 2024 GWA: Please click on link below to view the informational letter regarding the 2024 GWA payment. This letter will also be mailed to the membership at the address you have on file with the Trust Enrollment Department. Yaw^ko.

- Elder Assistance Program ($703.54)
- Food Assistance Program ($500)

NOTICE: No Direct Deposit to Online banks- Deadline to submit any changes: contact and/or banking information to reflect your GWA payment is September 13, 2024.
02/16/2024: A letter is being sent from Oneida Trust Enrollment Department to affected members- Due to a high number of direct deposit rejections, as of May 31,2024, the Trust Enrollment Department will no longer accept direct deposit information from ONLINE BANKS such as Stride, Meta Bank, Sutton Bank, Go Bank, Green Dot Bank, etc. Members have until May 31, 2024, to update their direct deposit information if using these banks, otherwise any future payments will be made via check to the home address on file. TAX INFORMATION
GTC Meetings: 1099MISC forms will be mailed to tribal members that have attended 3 or more GTC meetings in 2024. Again, the form will only be mailed if the member has attended 3 or more GTC meetings in 2024.

- The Trust Enrollment Department is now open to the public. Tribal ID’s hours are 9 am-4 pm. Appointment not required. Please note:
- A separate photo ID is required (older versions of Tribal IDs without an expiration are not acceptable pursuant BC Resolution 03-14-18-A)
- Tribal IDs cost $5 for members under 54 years old (cash or check only)
- Tribal IDs cost $2 for members 55 years and older (cash or check only)
- Beginning March 2020 any Tribal ID that does not have an expiration date will not be recognized by the Trust Enrollment Department, nor will they be recognized as valid forms of identification at Tribal functions such as GTC meetings or Oneida Elections. This is pursuant to BC Resolution 03-14-18-A.
- On July 26, 2017, the Business Committee adopted amendments to the Cemetery Law moving cemetery duties over to the Division of Land Management. For cemetery information or plot purchases, please visit Land Management’s webpage.
