Driven by her passion to cultivate relationships that deliver exceptional results, dedicating the last 30+ years of her life to “people development.” Michelle prides herself as a champion benevolent change maker. She spent 10 years with the Wisconsin Technical College System teaching and training in the area of leadership development as well as working with small business owners and entrepreneurs navigating the processes of start-up, growth and sustainability through workshops, classes and 1:1 coaching and consulting.
Michelle has an extensive background in leadership and organizational development, human skills training and customer service training. She is an authorized partner and certified trainer for Everything DiSC, Productive Conflict and Agile EQ. In 2019 she launched Atuni Group, LLC, offering corporate training to business and industry. In 2023, Michelle stepped away from entrepreneurship and joined the leadership team with the Oneida Tribe where she is an Organizational Development Specialist in the Human Services Division of the Oneida Nation.
An enrolled member of the Oneida Tribe of Indians of WI, Michelle has been recognized as a Native American Woman in Community Leadership by the Wisconsin Women of Color and recipient of the Urban Hope Entrepreneur Center’s Women in Leadership award. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Silver Lake College and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Behavioral Science from Mount Mary University. Beginning February 2025, Michelle will start working toward a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
In the last year, Michelle has been enjoying much of her free time renovating Sweet Memories Homestead…the family farmstead that her great grandparents homesteaded in 1907, and loving on her two rescued fur-babies, Trigger and Oliver.
