In honor of Nat’l Employee Health & Fitness Day on Wednesday, May 17, the Oneida Nation encourages all employees to CELEBRATE their health & fitness by participating in 30 minutes of: mental, physical or spiritual activity. Oneida Family Fitness staff will be leading a 30 min walk at various Oneida Nation locations. There will also be activities going on at the facility along with healthy refreshments all day. Please see the attached flyer for more information. Attached is a raffle ticket to be filled out after your activity that can be turned in for some great prizes!!
