“Submit A Tip” IS NOT A WAY TO REPORT AN INCIDENT FOR A QUICK POLICE RESPONSE AS THE SUBMITTED TIPS ARE NOT CONSTANTLY MONITORED BY STAFF. Officers cannot be dispatched at a later date/time to anonymous reports of certain things that are no longer occurring.
