Workers Compensation – The Oneida Tribe protects employees utilizing policy and guidelines within the Oneida Workers Compensation Law. A system of compensation and medical benefits are provided to employees of the Oneida Tribe who suffer compensable injuries in the employment of the Oneida Tribe.
