Appointments:
It’s been a while since we’ve seen you! We would like to check height, weight, and iron (hemoglobin or hgb) during WIC certification and mid-certification appointments to see how you or your child is growing. Have you been to the doctor in the 2 months prior to your appointment? Send us this information from your doctor’s office.
Don’t forget to log on to the WIC Family Portal to send in requested documents prior to your appointment. The link to do so will come in a separate text message or email a few days before your scheduled appointment. You can also view and provide requested information in the MyWIC App under Documents.
Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (FMNP):
Beginning July 1st, eligible WIC participants may receive $25 to spend on fresh fruits, vegetables, or herbs at the local Farmers’ Markets! Please call our office to discuss eligibility at 920-869-4829. Click here for information about the program and what to look for to use your checks.
Benefit Reload:
Need your benefits loaded? Please call us for your nutrition education and we’d be happy to reload benefits. If you’d prefer to have benefits loaded without the hassle of a phone call, ask us about ONE!
Interested in Applying? Call our office at 920-869-4829.
BENEFIT UPDATES:
Make sure to reload your benefits by the 15th of the month for a full benefit package.
