Arlouine Bain is the Recreation Director. She is an enrolled Oneida Nation tribal member who has served her community for over 40 years. She holds a Master of Business Administration. During her tenure with Recreation, Arlouine has provided a safe environment for our community youth. She oversees both Civic Center and County H sites.

Arlouine has developed an accountability system based on support versus punishment for the youth. Youth behaviors have improved with the hiring of a Youth Counselor. The Youth Counselor works with youth in handing behaviors and feelings whether good or bad.

Arlouine had also increased services by hiring a Sports Manager who provides skill building, team sports, and will coordinate our team for the Indigenous Games.

When not spending her time with kids, Arlouine enjoys Packer games and spending time with friends and family.
