Vocational Rehabilitation
Oneida Vocational Rehabilitation offers vocational rehabilitation services to American Indians with disabilities. Services are designed to achieve an employment goal consistent with your unique circumstances. Your strengths, resources, priorities, abilities, concerns, and capabilities will be assessed to determine an acceptable rehabilitation plan.
The VR Counselor helps consumers gain or maintain employment by:

- Resume and interviewing guidance
- Employer advocacy
- Referrals
- Vocational guidance
- Strengths assessments
- Vocational training (i.e. CDL, welding, IT courses, etc.)
- Work experience sessions
- Native Healing services
