Carol Stiff is the Transit Manager of Oneida Public Transit.  In 2013, she started with transit as the Administrative Assistant and then transitioned into the Transit Manager position in 2017.   

Before joining transit, she worked as Administrative Assistant to Gaming DTS and Library Assistant at the Oneida Community Library.   

Carol graduated from West De Pere High School in 1998, then pursued two college degrees, in Digital Design/Multimedia and Business Management. 

She is passionate about Oneida Public Transit’s role in connecting people with opportunities and the value transit delivers to the Oneida Community. She has worked diligently to improve the Oneida Public Transit operations and will continue to focus on reliability, safety, and affordability for our community members who utilize the transit system.
