My name is Marilyn King and I am the Manager of Food Distribution and I oversee the Oneida Emergency Food Pantry.  I’ve been in this program for 25 +years, I started out as a Certification Specialist and was promoted to the Manager.  One of my passions is helping people and what better way to help is with Food, Food is Medicine.  I’ve watched this program grow from un-healthy to healthy with the help of good leadership that care about what we feed our people. Our team worked hard at providing the Store Concept where clients can come shop and pick out their own groceries.  I’ve worked various positions within the Nation before I started in Food Distribution.  Councilmen’s Assistant, Office Coordinator for the Mail and Norbert Hill Center, Personnel Department before it was HRD, and I was the Coordinator for the Title Search Department.
