Jessica has worked with Oneida for 28 years; her areas of experience are in organizational development; conflict and consensus building; Human Resources – training and development and management; adult education; and working with our Oneida elected officials.
Jessica has achieved an Associate Degree in Marketing, a Bachelor of Science in Business, and a Master’s degree in Management and Organizational Behavior. She also holds several professional certifications; project management, strategic planning, coaching and the Covey series.
She was born and raised in Oneida and Appleton, is married to Cory and has four children – two teenage sons, Bryce and Jake; a pre-teen daughter, Lia; and a teenage stepdaughter, Adelynn. Her Oneida family is the late Tom Oudenhoven, father, and the late Paul and Josephine (Jordan) Oudenhoven are her grandparents. Outside of work, Jessica spends majority of her time with her extended family and husband and kids by, watching the kids play sports, going up north, hanging out at the lake, riding the UTV, and going to Packers games.
