Aquatics
Our Aquatics area offers adult/family swim, lap swimming, and a variety of water aerobic classes that are FREE with your membership! Our Pool is 20 yards in length and depth ranges from 3 3/4′ – 5′ deep. Average water temperature is 86-88 degrees.

Our certified instructors provide swim lessons for all Levels
- Parent/Tot (Ages 6 mo-4 yrs)
- Preschool (Age 4 yrs)
- Youth Levels I-VI (Age 5 yrs-18 yrs)
- Adult All Levels (Age 16 yrs and older)
Aquatic Descriptions
Adult Swim: Ages 14 years and older. Choose activity: Water Walking, or practice your strokes and ski; no lap swimming.
Family Swim: Ages 6 months and older are welcome. All children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult in the water within arms length.
Lap Swim: Ages 10 years and older. Lap swimming only!
Aqua Challenge: Consists of strength training and movements that will challenge your cardiovascular system. Participants must feel comfortable in the water. (ages 10 and older).
Water Exercise: Designed for individuals of all fitness levels. We will focus on strengthening, stretching, range of motion, balance and cardio (ages 10 and older).
Ease Those Aches: A special class for individuals who suffer from arthritis or are just starting to exercise and need to ease back into an exercise program (ages 10 and older).
Deep Water: A flotation belt is used to suspend your body in the deeper area of the pool for a non-impact workout. This class will focus on the core muscles. Participants must feel comfortable in the water (ages 10 and older).
Swim suits are required for pool use, no shorts. Boy’s and Men’s suits must have a lining.
Hair that is longer than shoulder level must be tied back. No bobby pins. This measure is being enforced to prevent members from having to wear swimming caps. Please make sure your hair is tied securely before entering the pool.
Lifeguards may ask individuals to leave due to unsafe swimming skills.
Martial Arts
Master Kevin Schoenebeck brings to Oneida Martial Art students 35+ years of experience and is a 7th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. Masirib Guro in Inayan Eskrima: Sinawalis/Dequardas, Serrado, Larga Mano, Kadena De Mano. He holds a Sensei title in Danzan Ryu Ju Jitsu and is a Certified instructor in Yang Style Tai Chi.

Mighty Ninjas
This program is for ages 4-5 only. it gives the young student the opportunity to experience the benefits of Tae Kwon Do in an age appropriate format.
REGISTRATION NOW AVAILABLE

Class Time: 5:00 p.m.-5:30 p.m.
Cost: $30 O.F.F. Members, $60 NON-O.F.F. Members
Tae Kwon Do
This is a great family activity; for men, woman and children ages 6 and older. Tae Kwon Do is a great physical exercise and a way an individual can develop self confidence, self discipline and respect for others. Tae Kwon Do uses hand and feet techniques in methods of self defense.

Class Time: 5:00 p.m.-5:45 p.m.
Cost: $30 O.F.F. Members, $60 NON-O.F.F. Members
Eskrima
This program is for ages 12 and older. This class is exciting for those interested in studying weapons and weapon defense techniques. It will provide the student with fundamental concepts and utilization of double sticks, single stick and hand-to-hand and knife disarms.
Ju Jitsu
This program is for ages 12 and older. This class is a physically demanding class which takes place on the mat. It’s grappling techniques are the ultimate in self defense on the ground. The class instructs current throwing and falling techniques, as well as submission holds and locks and counters to submission holds and locks.
Tai Chi
The program is performed slowly with a focus on breathing, balance, and stances. Tai Chi stimulates health & improves muscle tone while balance, energy and metabolism.
Kid's Programming
Make fitness a family activity! We offer a variety of programming for youth!
