Jacinda works with individuals experiencing mental health and substance use concerns. Her approach is strength-based and client-centered, focusing on helping individuals recognize their resilience, building effective coping skills, and creating meaningful change. Jacinda believes therapy should be a space where you can be your authentic self, which is why she often incorporates humor into sessions when appropriate.

Outside of work, Jacinda enjoys traveling, reading, watching sports, spending time with friends, and exploring new coffee shops.
