AGRICULTURAL SITES
Tribal and non-tribal interests may apply to lease advertised agriculture sites through Land Management’s application process. Public notices are placed in the Oneida Nation’s newspaper and Land Management’s web page. The public notice informs interested parties of: the site, deadline date and time to apply, submitting your bid and method used to determine who will be awarded a lease.

- Applications shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope with lease site reference number written on outside of envelope
- Tribal department or Absolute Tribal member will be given priority. In the case of a tie a lottery will determine the winner
- Credit score of 600 or better and maximum debt to income ratio of 36%
- All bids are to be submitted to: Land Management, 470 Airport Dr., Oneida WI 54155
COMMERCIAL SITES
Available commercial sites for lease are subject to an application process. Any storage units that are being offered for lease follow the same process. A public notice of these opportunities are placed in the Oneida tribal newspaper as well as Land Management’s web page. Please read the public notice sheet as it does have valuable information regarding the site, deadline date and time, handing in your bid and the method used in determining who will be awarded the lease.
