Vote NO on Amendment 3 on November 3, 2026. This amendment could create uncertainty for programs that help address disparities in education, workforce development, health care, and economic opportunity. While tribal citizenship is recognized under federal law as a political classification tied to our sovereignty, Amendment 3 could still lead to challenges, confusion, and costly litigation affecting programs that support Native communities. This is not just about tribal citizens. It’s about protecting opportunities for all communities that have historically faced barriers, including people of color throughout Wisconsin. With a good heart, a good mind, and a strong fire, let’s stand together for fairness, opportunity, and the future of our communities. Please contact Tana Aguirre at taguirre@oneidanation.org for questions or concerns.
