Posted on Aug 10, 2026

Get Ready to Vote: August 11 Partisan Primary
Polls are open from 7AM to 8 PM
This election is a Partisan Primary, which means voters must choose ONE political party and vote only for candidates within that party. The winning candidates will move on to represent their party in the November General Election.

Oneida Nation employees may take up to one hour of paid time off to vote on Election Day with prior approval from their immediate supervisor.
This provision applies only to voting on the day of the election and does not apply to early voting or absentee voting. Additional details are outlined in the attached resolution.
Please note that the Oneida Nation does not endorse or support any candidate or political party.
