Oneida Communications and Accounting office has received several inquiries regarding the distribution of the Supplemental COVID-19 Assistance fund.
Your payment distribution is in the same manner as the first pandemic relief assistance payment (Direct Deposit or Paper Check)
- We CANNOT update your address or payment info, you must do that yourself. You must contact the Enrollment office at [email protected] This may take a few weeks to have it updated as they are restricted on staff and hours. If you received a paper check you must make sure you left a forwarding address with your post office. If the check comes back to us because your account has changed, we will issue a paper check and mail to the address we have on file. For the future, please make sure you keep your data updated with Oneida Enrollments.
