Rose Lee Tipler, age 71, of De Pere, passed away on Sunday, July 1, 2018.
She was born on December 25, 1946, to the late Phillip and Dorothy Skenandore.
Rose was employed by the Oneida Tribe in occupational health. She enjoyed carnivals, music and taking an afternoon nap.
Survivors include her two sons, Daniel Bacon and Michael (Tammy) Bacon; grandchildren, Jacob and Riley Bacon, Brittany, Stephanie, Robert, Ashley Bacon, Joshua, Steven and Samantha Lemerond; great-grandchildren, Esmeralda and Emmalynn Tlahuel, Mariela Bacon, Arianna Penchoff, and Zoey Pierce; George (Lisa) Skenandore, Tina Cottrell, Phillip Skenadore, Jr.; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Earl Tipler; son, Joseph Bacon; sister, Joyce Skenandore.
Visitation will be held from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Friday, July 6, 2018, at Oneida Methodist Church, N6037 County Rd E, De Pere, WI. A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 pm on Friday.
