Jordan, Shania

Shania Jordan, 19, of Haines City, FL, passed away on Friday October 27, 2017. She was born on July 26, 1998 in Green Bay, Wisconsin to Phillip Jordan and the late Cherisse Slove and raised by her second mother Michelle Jordan. Shania moved here in 2012 from Oneida, Wisconsin and was a member of the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin. Shania was the first born of triplet sisters.

She was a very loving, caring and beautiful girl. Shania’s unconditional love and hugs touched so many and her smile would lift you up. Her favorite artist was The Weeknd. Shania loved music and fashion, she loved to shop for clothes, cosmetics and shoes and to take selfies. She had goals of going to college for Psychology and becoming a model. Shania was in the process of getting her high school diploma at Fresh Start in Davenport, FL. She touched many lives and was loved by all who met her.

She will be missed by her family and friends. Shania is preceded in death by her mother Cherisse Slove; maternal grandfather, Wilbert Slove; paternal grandparents, Earl and Sharon Jordan; maternal great grandmother Vera Wilson; aunt, Summer Powless; great-aunt Roberta Kinzhuma and uncle, Robert Slove. Shania is survived by her parents, Phillip and Michelle Jordan; her triplet sisters, Shenisse and Shantey; sisters, Sequoia, Shoshannah, Cora and Kristin; brothers, Mason, Gavin, Quinton, Ty, Jonathan and Jacob; maternal grandmother, Rochelle Powless; Grandma Bev King; Aunt, Janet Moore, Yvonne (Kirk) John, Judy (Jim) Christensen, Wanda Jordan, and Julie Hill; uncle, Chaske Primeau and Earl Jordan; Godmother, Lois Strong; and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may visit on Saturday, November 4, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Noon) at Holy Apostle Episcopal Church, Oneida.  Funeral Mass will follow at Noon at church with Fr.
