Russell C. “Russ” Jorgenson, 75, Green Bay died peacefully, Thursday, August 17, 2017 surrounded by his family. He was born on November 8, 1941 in Green Bay to Norbert and Harriet (Cornelius) Jorgenson.

 Russ enjoyed being with his family and strived to help anyone in need. He grew up in Ashwaubenon until he joined the U.S. Marine Corps and served from April 24, 1961 to April 23, 1964. Russ worked as a house painter for many years and in later years as a custodian at Oneida Casino. His hobbies were fishing, card playing, and playing with kids. He enjoyed plants and animals.

 Russ is survived by his children, Rebecca (Mark) Clark, and Angie Van Dyke; grandchildren, Tiffany and Beau; great-grandchild, Brayden; brothers and sisters, Norbert Jorgenson Jr., Harold Jorgenson, Carol Stewart, Barbara Reynolds (Larry), Donald Jorgenson; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

 He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Kayla Phillips; his parents; a sister, Sharon Jorgenson; and two brothers, Alan and Gerald Jorgenson.
