Scholarships
TC Energy’s Indigenous Legacy Scholarship program. Scholarship applications open on January 22, 2025 and are accepted until May 2th, 2024 at 11:59 PST. We offer three different types of scholarships:
- Indigenous Legacy Scholarships
- scholarships for Trades students
- scholarships for STEM focused students

Grieve Law Scholarships:
Grieve Law is offering three scholarships each for $500, and we were hoping you’d let your students know by putting these on your website page where scholarships are listed. We accept applicants until June 30th for the coming school year. And this is an annual scholarship, so we accept applicant throughout the year until June 30th for the coming school year.

Submit a typed essay of around 500 words on an ethical dilemma:
Describe a situation where you encountered an ethical dilemma. Discuss the conflicting values or principles at play and how you navigated the decision-making process. Reflect on the implications of your choice and what it reveals about your moral reasoning.

Discuss the role of family dynamics in shaping your personal growth and development. How have your relationships with family members influenced your values, goals, and sense of belonging?

Foresight: Do you think it is important to be planning for your future? Discuss how you feel as you make decisions today that might impact your future.
The Sustainable Forestry Initiative’s Youth Delegate Scholarship is designed for young professionals and students studying environmental science, natural resources, sustainability, or related fields.

Cobell Fellowships & Scholarship Opportunities
The Cobell Scholarship program supports Native college scholars in achieving their educational goals. This program is offering:
- Eloise Dissertation Writing-Year Fellowship – Application Deadline: 1/10/25
- Graduate Summer Research Fellowship – Application Deadline: 1/10/25
- Cobell Undergraduate and Graduate Scholarships – Application opened 12/15/24, closes 3/31/25
- Vocational Scholarship – Application opens May 1st for student beginning classes in June
FY2025 NDSEG Fellowship Program
The DoD NDSEG Fellowship Program has the objective of increasing the number of U.S. Citizens trained in science and engineering disciplines of DoD Relevance. The program is a highly competitive fellowship awarded to qualified U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, and U.S. dual citizens who are in pursuit of a Doctoral degree in a DoD relevant disciplines area at any accredited U.S. institution of higher education.
The Oneida ESC Group will award up to two scholarships of $5,000 annually to a high school senior or college senior pursuing a college education in engineering or earth/environmental sciences.
The Gates Scholarship 2024-2025
The Gates Scholarship (TGS) is a highly selective, last-dollar scholarship for outstanding, minority, high school seniors from low-income households. Selected Scholars will receive funding for the full cost of attendance to earn a bachelor’s degree, that is not already covered by other financial aid and the Student Aid Index, as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Deadline Sept. 5, 2024.
The American Indian College Fund is NOW ACCEPTING scholarship applications for the 2024-2025 academic year.
University of Buffalo Ongweonwe Indigenous Student Scholarship
Scholarship opportunity for enrolled members of a federally recognized tribe who are also current or newly enrolled students to the University of Buffalo. This grant/scholarship is designed to reduce the cost of out-of-state tuition to the cost of in-state tuition.
Amy Hunter-Wilson, MD Scholarship Fund
Established by Dr. Hunter-Wilson, this scholarship is available to American Indian students who pursue training or advanced education as doctors of medicine, nurses, or in a related health field. Award amounts vary, generally $1,000 or more.
Victor A. Baylon, MD, Scholarship
As a lasting tribute to Dr. Baylon, a pathologist from Racine, his family and the laboratory staff of All Saints Healthcare System, Inc. created this scholarship for medical students, medical technologists, and clinical laboratory scientists. Scholarships of $1,000-$2,500 are limited to residents from Racine or Milwaukee Counties. To apply, use the General Scholarship Application found on our website.
