Determines acuity of client’s needs; provides and/or arranges for therapeutic interventions as appropriate for patients or clients in a crisis condition and for those with serious disturbance problems. Provides screening, brief assessment and referral.  Schedules and meets with new clients for Brief Service Consultations to further assess the client and provide recommendations for subsequent services.

Lola worked in the sexual assault field for 6 years as an advocate/coordinator. She facilitated groups at area shelters and Taycheedah Correctional Facility. Lola grew up on the Oneida Reservation, she has 4 children, 4 grandchildren and her interest and hobbies are spending time with family, cooking, and road trips.
