Provider Bio:
Crystal was born and raised in Appleton, Wisconsin. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, camping and watching her son play football. She has a son named Cayden and two yellow labs named Scout and Dixie Mae. Most of all, she enjoys spending time with family and friends! As a family and psychiatric nurse practitioner, Crystal’s goal is to provide individualized, patient centered and evidence-based care to all patients. Her hope is to work together to formulate a plan to increase disease prevention, treat acute and chronic issues and provide education to her patients. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as an RN in the Pediatric ICU, ER and cardiovascular care for seven years.
