The new member portal can be reached the same way as always, through the oneida-nsn.gov website. The button near the top of the website and the link through the dropdown menu will remain.
An email address is required for signing up for the new member portal. Members with an xxxxx@oneidanation.org email address will not be able to use this email to log in and will need to use a personal email address instead.
If you need assistance on signing up for the Yukwatsistay^? Member Portal, we have provided resources to assist, including how to create an email address if you do not have one. To view the resources, just click on the “Member Portal instructional videos” tab below!
We have also coordinated with the Oneida Nation Call Center, the Oneida Community Library, and the Community Resource Center (formerly the Communication Education Center) to assist community members with signing up. Reach out to any of them for direct assistance.

New Pricing Details for Oneida Trust Enrollment Services
Effective immediately:
Tribal ID – $15
Elder ID – $5
Land Use ID (Descendants/Spouses) – $30
Certification Card – $10
Enrollment Application – $30
Descendant Application – $50
Descendant Reissue – $20
Relinquishment – $50
Family Tree – $20
Blood Degree Increase* – $40
DNA Testing** – $24
Blood Degree Increases the base price is $40, however if the blood increase affects 5 or more individuals there will be a $20 fee associated with it.
DNA testing base price is $24, but there will be a $20 processing fee as well.

The timeline for signing up for your GWA payment will also be moved up. We still plan to distribute paper copies of the application.
