Provider Bio:
I hold a strong passion for the mental health/helping fields which I have worked in for the past 10+ years. I have been fortunate to serve individuals from as young as five to seniors and those with various disabilities, disorders and mental health illnesses. I have worked within Indian Child Welfare/Family Services for the Oneida Nation and have held various roles in the community in both psychiatric inpatient and crisis settings.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time outside adventuring/traveling, being in nature (especially close to moving water) and being in the company of my family and friends. I have a son who is the core of my world and a cat named Pigeon who continuously has the zoomies.
Therapy can be a very vulnerable and challenging process and my goal is to help provide an engaging, comfortable and safe space to help empower my clients to enhance their strengths and needs.
