Provider Bio:
Being a pediatrician is the best job on earth. I love kids of all ages and working with families to help their children grow, learn, and thrive. In my practice I rely on your instincts as a parent so we can care for your child as partners. I believe in working together with families to provide the best care for their children. As each child and family is unique, I enjoy working together to find solutions tailored to each individual family’s needs.
I am a strong believer in evidence-based medicine, yet I respect a family’s right to the care they feel is best for their child. Providing this care requires good communication and I believe in speaking openly and honestly. I tend to be direct (a legacy of my east coast upbringing) and feel you need to know all the risks and benefits of care to make good decisions about your child’s health.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my husband, 3 school aged children and our dog Chocolate Chip. I enjoy kayaking, biking, cooking, hiking and trips to Door County.
