Meet our Staff

Mistylee joined the Higher Education department in 2000. She has a Bachelor in Psychology and Human Development with an emphasis in counseling and a Masters in Training and Organizational Development, and is a certified Global Career Development Facilitator. She enjoys assisting clients to meet their educational goals.

Tiana joined the Higher Education Department in 2013. She has a Bachelor Degree in Business Management. She is dedicated to helping community members achieve their educational goals and helping any way she can through the process.

Josh joined the Higher Education Department in June of 2022. He has a Bachelor Degree in both History and Anthropology with an emphasis in Native American Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Josh also earned a Teaching Certificate in Broad field Social Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee through the Urban American Indian Teacher Training Program. He also has a Masters in History from Southern New Hampshire University. Josh has a desire to help the community reach their educational goals any way that he can. He enjoys helping students unlock their academic potential through Higher Education.

Crystal joined the Higher Education Department in March 2025. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Management, Sales, and Marketing from Rasmussen University. She has been a great addition to the Higher Ed team by helping students get ready for their journey to post-secondary education and assisting the advisors to ensure all students and clients are helped in a timely manner.
