Jamie Willis is a dedicated first-year graduate student in the Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) program, bringing with her over 15 years of experience in the healthcare field. Her journey into healthcare began during her undergraduate studies in Business Administration, when she completed an internship with the Oneida Comprehensive Health Division. That formative experience sparked a lasting interest in healthcare systems and community wellness.

Since 2008, Jamie has been a committed member of the Oneida Comprehensive Health Division team, where she has contributed to a variety of initiatives aimed at improving health outcomes and operational efficiency. Her background in business administration, combined with her hands-on experience in healthcare administration gives her a unique perspective on the intersection of clinical services and organizational management.

Jamie is passionate about advancing equitable healthcare access and is focused on developing the leadership skills necessary to drive meaningful change within tribal and community health systems. As she progresses through the MHA program, she continues to build on her strong foundation of service, leadership, and cultural understanding.
