PROVIDER BIO:
I was born in Lawton, Oklahoma. My father was involved in the military, so I grew up in many different states and regions. I have two children who are my world and who I love dearly. I enjoy spending time with my children and friends, writing, reading, watching scary movies, and helping others. I believe kindness towards others is what is lacking in the society we live in today. I also believe that hope, gratitude, and resilience are the stepping stones to overcoming trauma and changing negative self talk and dysfunctional behavior.
