This a non-stipend meeting per GTC Motion on July 8, 2025.
"Motion by Stanley Webster to direct the Oneida Business Committee to schedule a special General Tribal Council meeting in early 2026; that the purpose of the special GTC meeting is to collect information and to provide an update on the progress of the Onʌyoteʔaꞏká niʔ i Project Plan.; and that the special GTC meeting will have no GTC Meeting Stipend paid. Seconded by Tsyoslake House. Motion carried by show of hands"
