Brittany Cook has provided care across multiple levels including partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient services. She has experience providing crisis intervention, psychiatric diagnostic evaluation and ongoing therapeutic services. She sees patients throughout their lifespan.
Brittany’s training includes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TFCBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), behavioral activation (BA), exposure response prevention (ERP), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), functional family therapy (FFTP) and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
When she is not working, you will usually find her with family members. She loves spending time outdoors and learning things.
