Starting Tuesday, March 2, callers will hear a new phone greeting with an option dedicated to Oneida Portal assistance. Selecting this option will automatically transfer you to one of our support partners:
- Oneida Community Library
- Community Resource Center
- Enrollment Department
These teams are fully equipped to help with portal setup, troubleshooting, and general account questions.
We also offer a New Oneida Portal Resource Page, which includes step-by-step instructions, common solutions, and helpful guides for those who prefer to access support online.
For all other inquiries, the Call Center line remains open for voicemail. Messages will be shared with our team, and a staff member will return your call as soon as possible.
