The Oneida Nation is deeply saddened and heartbroken by the tragic shooting at the Radisson Hotel and Conference Center. Our heartfelt condolences are extended to all the loved ones of the victims. We are reaching out to provide all necessary services of counseling for all our employees in the Radisson and the Oneida Casino operations.
The Oneida Nation provides extremely broad security and surveillance throughout our properties and the highest level is present at our casino properties.
The incident occurred at the Duck Creek Bar and Grill located inside the Radisson. This incident is under investigation by the FBI, Brown County and Wisconsin Department of Justice.
We are thankful to all law enforcement agencies that responded to the call: Oneida Police Department, Ashwaubenon Public Safety, Brown County Sheriff, Green Bay Police Department, Hobart Police, and Wisconsin State Patrol. The Oneida Nation is fortunate to have a great working relationship with surrounding law enforcement. The combined resources of all law enforcement are extremely valuable.
Oneida is grateful for all condolences, support and encouraging messages we have received. We have had many Tribal governments extend their condolences and have offered to assist us. Local, State and Federal government authorities have also extended their offers for assistance. We are very thankful.

The details surrounding the actual shooting incident will be communicated through the Brown County Sheriff’s Office and the Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigation.
