Oneida Covid-19 Testing Site information:
- Location: Oneida Community Health Center at entrance #7 in the back of the building.
- Please review the map instructions
- Appointments are required for all testing
- Appointment time availability is from 8:30 am to 11:30 am Monday through Friday
- Call (920) 819-8350 between 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday
- Patients must call the number on the sign by entrance #7 upon arrival for your appointment
- Patients will need to come inside door #7 to be swabbed.
- If you cannot leave the vehicle for some reason, please notify staff when making an appointment, so staff can comm out to your vehicle.
