Arleen will be greatly missed by all her beloved family and many friends. She was the kind of woman who everyone loved because she loved everyone. She made it a priority to make sure she was able to give her best to all she assisted and served, even after she retired.
Her career as a licensed beautician introduced her to many clients and friends throughout the community. She was a lead stylist and manager for Regis Salon in Bay Park Square for years. Arleen attended UWGB and was a Benefits Specialist, caring for the elders of the Oneida Nation. Arleen had a strong faith in God and was a faithful member of the Assembly of God Church, Oneida. As someone who never hesitated to help those in need, she often volunteered and especially enjoyed her time as a volunteer for the Faith in Action Program. Her true passion was helping the elders and disabled of the Oneida Community.
She is survived by her son Greg (Gloria) Elm, her special granddaughter Michaela “Kala-butt” and her grand pup Bailey. Arleen is further survived by her siblings; Donald (Bernadette) Webster, Kenneth (Pearl) Webster, and Dale (Bobbi) Webster.
