CONGREGATE MEAL SITE PARTICIPANTS
No on‐site pick up. Meals will be delivered on MONDAYS ONLY ‐ participants will receive one (1) hot meal and four (4) frozen meals (for Tuesday‐Friday).
MEALS ON WHEELS PARTICIPANTS
Meals will be delivered on MONDAYS ONLY ‐ participants will receive (1) hot meal and six (6) frozen meals (for Tuesday‐Sunday).
Participants in either delivery program DO NOT NEED TO CALL each week.
