Rosaline LaMere, age 102, of Oneida, Wisconsin passed away on Friday, November 11, 2016. She was born in Oneida, Wisconsin on April 25, 1914 to the late Joseph M. and Rose (Cornelius) Smith. She was united in marriage to Willard LaMere in 1959.

For the past few years Rosaline had held the distinction of being the oldest living member of the Oneida Nation. She also enjoyed long road trips crisscrossing the country with Willard, Pow wows, playing the piano, and, most importantly, spending time with her family.

Rosaline is survived by her Sons, Edward Delgado and Louis T. (Margaret) Delgado; Daughter, Juanita R. Guerra; Grandchildren Adam, Joe, Reanna (Steve), Cheyenna (Tony), Kahhtit (Jonathan), Toni, Justin (Zaira), Lance (Char), and Nathan(Helena); Also a host of other family members and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband Willard E. LaMere and daughter, Patricia A. Delgado.

A visitation will be held from 10:00 am-11:45 am at Oneida – Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, N6135 Seminary Rd, Oneida, WI 54155, Thursday, November 17, 2016 with a Funeral Ceremony following at 12:00 pm.
