Brooklyn, J. Couillard, 2 day old infant, passed away surrounded by her family, on Friday, May 6, 2016. She was born on May 4, 2016, in Green Bay to Thomas Thunder and Tanya Couillard.
Even though Brooklyn’s time on earth was very short, she was deeply loved by all of her family.
She is survived by her parents, Thomas and Tanya; maternal grandparents, David and Joyce Couillard; paternal grandmother, Donna Thunder; uncles, Mathew and Nathan Couillard; cousin, Gage Couillard; several great-aunts and great-uncles, as well as extended family.
Brooklyn was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Dewey Thunder; maternal great-grandparents, Bonnie and Robert Allport; great-grandfather, Norbert Couillard; and cousin, Isiah Ducat.
