Andrea blends a strong foundation in brain-behavior relationships and health psychology with a compassionate, client-centered approach. She helps clients understand how mind, body, and environment work together in mental health, drawing on therapeutic methods such as CBT, DBT, ACT, schema therapy, and parts work to address complex needs.
As a descendant of the Menominee Nation, Andrea deeply values culturally responsive, inclusive care and strives to create a safe space for clients to explore, heal, and grow. Her background includes counseling in corrections, residential treatment, and experience in higher education.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, creating art, and spending time with her family.
