During this challenging time as the COVID-19 begins to impact our community we would like to assure you that we are taking all measures to continue to provide Safe Drinking Water, Environmentally Safe Wastewater and Septage Removal.
For you and our employees’ safety, we are only accepting payments via mail and our drop box, which is located at our door entrance on the pillar. If utilizing the deposit box, please have payment in an envelope with your billing stub or name and address included so that your payment can be applied to your account correctly and in a timely manner. We will try to have envelopes available at the drop box if needed.
Effective Monday March 22nd through April 6th a staff member will be available by phone to take billing or payment concerns on Wednesdays and Fridays ONLY.
It is of utmost IMPORTANCE for everyone to only place toilet paper down your toilets/sewer systems. Anything other than toilet paper, including the wipes that say they are safe, will clog up our system and equipment and can be very costly to repair/fix, as well as being environmentally unsafe if our system backs up due to damage and or clogging. Even though the wipes say they are safe to be used in the toilets/sewer systems, they will cause damage. This applies to private septic systems as well; it can cause damage to our Pumper Truck as well as cause backups in your homes.
As April 1st approaches we will not be disconnecting service to our customers, if you are having difficulty paying your bills for our services, we will accept deferred payment plans. Normally these agreements need to be signed by the customer, but at this time we will take a verbal agreement over the phone. We will ask for some information for identification verification and follow up with a written agreement when it becomes safe for all to do so. We will also be deferring late fees at this time.

Thank you for your assistance and patience during this time.
