Oneida’s hazardous and electronic waste voucher program is available ONE TIME per month and you must enroll for a new voucher each time you go.
For people that have damage from the flood, this is for items that will not be allowed in the dumpster. We are still in coordination for the date and location of the dumpster for the community. View more information on post-flood updates here.
Since the start of the program we have noticed some unfortunate trends such as:
1) People are loading up their trailers with anything and everything they do not want and going first to the Hazardous Material Recycling facility in hopes to getting rid of things in one location at no cost to them. This creates a hazard for the workers. We suggest people go to the transfer station first THEN bring their hazardous materials.
2) Brown County’s website clearly states that they do not want large loads coming during residential collection hours. Large loads result in longer queuing lines. They will still accept these types of loads by appointment only.
The following wording is from their website:
Large Loads – If you have a large quantity of material (a truck or trailer bed full), please call to make an appointment. We reserve the right to reject any loads deemed too large to handle during residential hours, or you may be required to wait until a slower period. If you are in doubt, call and discuss with Hazardous Material Recovery personnel.

We are pleased to be able to offer this service, but if repeated complaints are received, it will be discontinued.
Vouchers are available through the Oneida Nation Member Portal. Once logged in, go to Waste Voucher Redemption and follow the prompts. Vouchers are limited to one per member per month and it must presented at the time of drop-off.
